Booking Terms & Conditions

ALL PRICES SHOWN ARE PER LODGE AND INCLUDE vat WHERE APPROPRIATE AND CLEARLY SHOW THE NUMBER OF PERMITTED GUSTS IN EACH ACCOMMODATION.

All visa credit and MasterCard payments will be charged at 1.76% on full amount, all other cards are charged at 25 pence per transaction. All bookings can be made by telephone or email and will require the appropriate deposit.

Deposits

All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit of £75 for a short break and £150 for a weekly stay. Bookings for Christmas and New Year will incur a £150 short break deposit and £200 week stay deposit. We cannot undertake to hold unconfirmed accommodation. Full balance is payable 30 days before the holiday. Please make cheques payable to Penllwyn Lodges.

Holiday Cancellations

Once your holiday is confirmed with appropriate deposit, you are responsible for the prompt payment of the final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you wish to cancel your booking will you please telephone us immediately followed by a confirmation in writing. Cancellations prior 28 days of holiday will result only the deposit being lost. Cancellations within the 28 days will require the prompt payment of the final balance however we will endeavour to relet the accommodation. If successful you will only forfeit your deposit.

We suggest you insure against this to cover yourselves with a reputable insurance company as new laws do not allow us to insure your holiday.

Overcrowding cannot be permitted in any circumstances as it invalidates our infurance, the only exception being a 1 baby in a cot.

We have a limited number of travel cost and highchairs available which should be booked in advance at a cost of £5 per highchair and £10 per cot.
