A) If you have made a booking via our partner Hoseaons, you will need to contact The Hoseasons Team for information about how to change you booking, you will find all the information you need by clicking here. If you have booked directly through Penllwyn Lodges, we will move your booking to a later date without charge, however you will need to pay the difference if the holiday is more expensive at a later date.

A) The Golf course at Lakeside Golf course will be open alongside our fishing lake. Please abide by all rules that are put in place. The Play park and exercise equipment at Penllwyn Lodges will be closed until it is safe to reopen.

Q) Can we arrive on the park earlier then check in time?

A) You are able to arrive on site before 3.30pm and are able to walk around our gardens and along the canal however we do advise our guests to arrive after 3.30pm to avoid congestion and to keep the park as safe as possible. As we are sanitizing each lodge now using a fogging machine, we cannot let anyone into their lodge before it is safe to do so.

Q) Will places in the area be open?

A) Many places in the area will remain closed until further notice however a few places are opening with restrictions in place. This will change through the months to come so It is best to give us a call beforehand or have a look on Facebook pages etc, before arriving at the lodges.

Q) I’ve started to show COVID-19 symptoms, what do I do?

A) If you or a member of your party is showing any symptoms of COVID-19 we will need to be informed immediately. If you do show any symptoms before you arrive, we will need to be contacted and your holiday may be moved to a later date or cancelled but it is extremely important that we are informed and do not travel.

If you show any symptoms whilst at Penllwyn Lodges you will need to stay in your lodge and self-isolate with all other people who are staying with you. Immediately call our reception team for advice about what to do next.

Do not leave your lodge for any reason other than to go for your test. If it is confirmed that you have Covid-19, you will need to return home as soon as you reasonably are able to. You should use private transport only and drive yourself if you are well enough to do so safely.

If you are contacted by ‘Track & Trace’ and have been informed that you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive but you are not displaying symptoms, you will need to leave the resort immediately and travel home.

Q) Are your lodges safe to stay in?

A) We employ a high standard of cleaning techniques. All lodges are cleaned with sanitizing products which kill 99.9% of bacteria. Also, we are now using a fogging machine after each lodge is cleaned which will sanities and kill any bacteria. Hot tubs are emptied and cleaned after every guest. The Hot tubs are manually checked everyday for further protection, all surfaces around the hot tub and outdoor areas will be sanitized between each guest stays.
